Definition: Provide secretarial and adminstrative support ; answers phones and directs calls; types payment requests; logs incoming/outgoing mail; copies and distributes reports; filing; run errands; updates bulletin; provide receptionist services by greeting and assisting visitors; performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Ability:
Knowledge of: government administrative matters, finances, and budgetary process.
Ability to: Interpret and apply governmental administrative policies, rules, and procedures; interact with employees in the office; communicate clearly, both verbally in writing.
Adjusts quickly to changing work environments.
Courteous, professional demeanor, works well under stressful situations. Possess very good oral and written communication skills.
Graduation from a two years college in secretarial science or related field with good command of spoken and written English plus one year secretarial. Must be computer literate, most preferably with MS Word and Excel
