Definition: Handles all general housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance within the National Public Auditor Office.
Typical Work:
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the Office by following established protocols and procedures
- Clean, dust and wipe furniture; sweep, mop or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; replace light bulbs
- Use and maintain power equipment and hand tools; pressure washer
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerator in kitchen
- Clean Windowsills and windows
- Clean outside office & parking lot using pressure washer
- Clean all office vehicles using proper car wash utensils and supplies
- General Maintenance of grounds
- Make flower arrangements during important events at the office
- Other routine maintenance duties as assigned
Other additional duties:
Answer telephone as well as take message for staff when admin staff are not available
Deliver or pick up admin documents to /from Finance, Personnel, or Department of Justice
Assist the audit staff to shred their scratch papers
Etc.
