Office Activity

Early in August 2004, the staff had an office outing to Nahlap Island Resort as part of a staff incentive program and also to welcome the new Audit Supervisor, Mr. Omar Njie and his family.

At the Office picnic, the Public Auditor thanked all the staff and their accompanying families for their participation in this special event. The Public Auditor also emphasized the importance of including this type of incentive program not only to enhance staff motivation but also to permit employees to get acquainted socially. Hence, the staff members along with families spent the day engaging in fun games (volleyball, fishing and wrestling matches where the losers got pushed off the floating dock and splashed into the water) and relaxation.
