	Violations of FSM  National law, rule, or regulationSubstantial and specific danger to public health or safetyContract and procurement irregularities:Bribery and acceptance of gratuitiesSignificant cases of mismanagementConflicts of interestTravel fraudAbuse of authorityTheft and abuse of Government property or servicesGross waste of funds [Extravagant, careless, or needless, or expenditures We recommend that you read the following information about what to include in your complaint before you submit your Hotline complaint: When calling or sending in a complaint, please be as specific as possible.  Your complaint should provide: 
	The employee's or suspect's full nameEmployee or Suspect's position or titleWhere employedSpecifically what wrongdoing you are reportingSpecific dates and timesSpecific location where wrongdoing occurredHow the individual completed the alleged wrongdoingWhy the individual perpetrated the offenseWhy you believe the alleged activity was misconduct Incidents of personal time and attendance abuse should be reported to your Personnel Administration Office, while misuse of Government vehicles should be reported to the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency. We encourage you to register complaints and grievances through appropriate management and grievance channels. Personnel matters involving requests for individual relief should be handled through the appropriate grievance channels. |
